In our offer we have houses, flats and rooms in the shared-accommodations.

The usual prices of the rooms we have on offer usually vary between 600 to 900 PLN (143 to 214 Euro) per calendar month.

The usual prices of the two bedroom flats we have on offer usually vary between 1300 to 2500 PLN (309 to 595 Euro) per calendar month.

The usual prices of the houses (three to five bedrooms) we have on offer usually vary between 3000 to 5000 PLN (714 to 1190 Euro) per calendar month.

The deposit for the property is normally equal to our agency fee and to the price of rent for one calendar month (this may vary time to time by the landlord and need to be assessed individually), the deposit is given back to the tenant by the end of the rental (usually 6; 9 or 12 months tenancy agreement).

The pictures shows the exemplary rooms which we have mediate for our clients in the past and are a good sample of what is currently available in the city.

We are assessing each case individually to make sure our clients will get what they want at the best available price and at the location which will suit them most.

Normally we need at least seven days notice prior to the arrival to find the right place for our customers but if you are in rush then we will work extra hard to help you out (additional charge apply).
